The brief
iBridge LLC brought me on board post-COVID to address their digital challenges and enhance brand visibility across the technology, legal, and consulting sectors. I was trained and quickly promoted to take full ownership of marketing and branding for MetoliusUSA, a survey software powered by SHRM, and the ERP platform iLearn. My role also included website and product experience design, ensuring a seamless and engaging user journey.
What needed fixing
The brand faced limited organic visibility, lacked a structured content and keyword strategy, and relied heavily on paid acquisition. Websites and products needed optimization to improve usability and engagement. By redesigning the UI based on heatmaps and user behavior data, I was able to significantly enhance the user experience, increasing unique users by an average of 500+ per month.

At iBridge LLC, I worked on growing Metoliusaa by analyzing competitors across ads, social media, web traffic, demographics and used those insights to make the media plan and UI more intuitive and engaging. I also helped reshape the iLearn - School ERP software built key brand elements and ran HubSpot email campaigns to improve engagement and generate leads.
