The brief

Samridhi Dance Foundation is a dance academy looking to grow its student base and online visibility. As Brand Consultant, I led a full rebrand alongside an SEO strategy — covering visual identity direction, positioning, and search-driven growth.

What needed fixing

The organisation had an outdated brand identity that wasn't resonating with its target audience, low search visibility for dance-related keywords, and a poor lead conversion flow. They were getting minimal organic traffic and their signups were flat.
