The brief

SM Studios (Signature Moments) is a creative photography and events studio. As Design & Marketing Lead, I developed their full marketing strategy, pricing plans under various categories, and social media growth system, turning a small following into a lead-generating engine.

What needed fixing

The studio had strong creative output but almost no marketing strategy and their social presence wasn't great. Their pricing was inconsistent, they lacked a clear brand positioning for various categories, and their social media wasn't gaining followers also not converting into enquiries or high ticket bookings.

What I did

Brand positioning — defined the studio as a 2 categories like Affordable and Premium creative partner rather than a generic photography studio, targeting high-ticket on tier 1 and tier 2 clients and affordable category on tier 3 specifically.

Pricing strategy — redesigned pricing tiers to reflect premium positioning and reduce low-value enquiries while increasing average booking value by 3x.

Social media strategy — built a consistent content system that showcased work in a way that attracted the target client profile and worked on meta ads to reach high target clients.

Community building — grew an engaged audience through targeted engagement tactics and collaboration with complementary brands.

Lead generation — built an enquiry funnel from social into a booking flow that converted followers into paid clients.

What moved

Moved their social account from 3.2k followers to current situation by drafting content strategy and with proper review generation program collected high positive reviews and this further increased retention.
