The brief
Livspace is a leading home interiors and renovation platform. As ORM Executive, I developed and executed online reputation management strategies covering GMB audits, review generation, content collaboration, and SEO to improve brand trust signals and lead flow.
What needed fixing
Despite being a well-known brand, Livspace had a skewed online reputation with negative reviews disproportionately dominating search results. Their Google Business Profiles were inconsistent and unoptimised, and there was no systematic approach to generating positive reviews from satisfied customers.
